Simply select a value, add a personalised message (NB: headings that come automatically printed on the voucher are TO/MESSAGE/FROM) and then select whether you would like it sent immediately (by email) or via post.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

• DIGITAL GIFT CERTIFICATES are generated instantly as a downloadable PDF and can be sent to an email address of your choice.
• HARD COPY GIFT CERTIFICATES are processed within 24 – 48 hours from receipt of order. Kindly note this is the same style of voucher as our digital gift certificates, simply printed by Public Dining Room.

These can be posted or picked up from Public Dining Room. If no postage is purchased, we will hold on to your gift certificate for collection at the restaurant.

Collection from the restaurant is available 48 hours after purchase. For urgent enquiries please call the restaurant directly on +61 2 9968 4880 Please allow an estimated delivery times are 2-6 days for regular post, 1-2 days for express post.

Alternatively, our gift certificates can also be arranged in person at the restaurant or over the phone with a credit card.

CONDITIONS OF USE

• Please treat the gift certificate as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Hard copy certificates: only valid upon presentation of the original copy. We cannot offer a reprint.
• Our gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any unused value must be redeemed on the same visit, there will be no cash/credit refunds issued for unused amounts.
• Gift certificates are valid for three years from the date of purchase and must be used within this time frame.
