OUR COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

During these trying times our top priority is creating and maintaining a safe environment for both our guests and team members.

OUR VENUE

  • The layout of our dining room has been adjusted to provide a generous 1.5m distance between tables.
  • Additional cleaning procedures have been implemented, including the frequent sanitising of touchpoints such as door handles, payment terminals, etc.
  • We provide contactless payment options.

OUR GUESTS

  • Guests are encouraged to use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to the venue.
  • All guests are required to check-in for contact tracing purposes.
  • We request guests do not mingle while at the table or on arrival and departure from the restaurant.

OUR STAFF

  • All staff members have their temperatures checked prior to starting each shift.
  • Our entire team has undergone training on additional cleaning procedures and hygiene precautions.
  • All team members are aware of their sick leave entitlements and encouraged to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

CONTACT TRACING

Before you dine with us we kindly request that all guests check-in via the provided contact tracing forms.

Digital check-in can be completed by scanning a QR code and filling out the attached the form. Once you and your guests have completed the form, please show the success message to your waiter. All data is captured using MyGuestList and is stored confidentially and securely.

Alternatively we can provide manual sign-in forms, if you do not have a smartphone or are unable to access MyGuestList. Please ask our staff for assistance manually checking in.
