Maserati Drive & Sail – Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd December

To celebrate the launch of Maserati’s first entry to the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race Maserati treated their clients to a day full of experiences to remember.   Guests were greeted with morning or afternoon tea on our Terrace followed by a sail on the Maserati Yacht around Darling Harbour taking in the sites. Upon their return they were treated to a 90 minute drive around Sydney in a Maserati vehicle.

Guests were then treated to a lunch or canape event in the Private Dining Room where they mingled with Skipper Giovanni Soldini.   It was a two day event that had the locals (and the staff) talking.   Now we wait to see how she goes in the Boxing Day Race!

A Few Restaurant Reviews

A few

Reviews

Sydney Morning Herald October 2009
The winning dish is a soft and supple cushion of smoked confit ocean trout surrounded by a pretty pastel wreath of cucumber jelly cubes, ocean trout roe and baby radish leaves. The flavours and textures feel as natural and as gentle as a tickle of tide creeping in to kiss the sand – writes Terry Durack

The Sydney Magazine February 2010
Balmoral Beach’s polite new resident neatly distils everything that’s good about dining by the water in summer – writes Guy Griffin

Sunday Telegraph November 2009
I couldn’t pick a star, for every dish tingles with perfection – writes Elizabeth Meryment

Mosman Daily November 2009
The cassoulet of grilled chorizo, white beans, capsicums, tomatoes and calamari had a fantastic combination of flavours and the Rangers Valley grain-fed eye fillet was tender enough to be cut with a butter knife for my main – writes Lisa Muxworthy
