Our restaurant revolves around a seasonally-driven menu which celebrates exceptional Australian produce every day. Our vision is to showcase local ingredients while reflecting the diverse backgrounds of the culinary team.

Exceptional ingredients prepared simply, combined with classic technique and clean flavours. We aim to offer casual fine dining in a relaxed luxury space. The menu is complemented by an extensive wine list, curated by our head sommelier.

Fresh seafood inspired by our coastal backdrop, paired with over 20 wines by the glass; Public Dining Room is the perfect place to drop in for a quick bite or a long, leisurely lunch.
