American Express delicious, Month Out is back on the menu for 2024!
PDR is excited to announce we will be taking part in the American Express Delicious May Month Out for 2024!
Head chef Adam Tyl has created a special Bouillabaisse pot featuring trout, salmon, mussels, & pipis, infused with fennel oil & saffron macadamia foam served w/ sourdough, with additional small plates to share.

It’s time to delve into your cellars and dust off some of your favourite bottles as Wednesday is BYO at Public Dining Room.
Public Dining Room offers BYO (wine only) on Wednesdays*, lunch or dinner for $10 corkage per bottle*
We invite you to play sommelier to our full a la carte menu.
*NB: Please kindly note, the BYO is not available for groups of 12 or more guests.
Available for lunch and dinner every Wednesday (not valid on special booking days including Boxing Day or public holidays). Not valid with any other offer. Please mention “BYO Wednesday” when making your reservation. Not valid for groups on the set menus.
Back To School Group Menu
Attention parents, our Back to School group menu is back - woohoo! Available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings with an arrival time of 7.30pm. (Min. 12 guests)
$80pp includes BYO wine, shared entrees, choice of main, side dishes, tea, coffee & petit fours to finish.
