6 freshly shucked oysters with aged sherry & herb mignonette dressing

BBQ berkshire pork belly, whiskey, mango kimchi, pineapple mustard

Dill & gin cured salmon, fennel, smoked yuzu cream fraiche

Burrata, beets, orange, walnut mash, grains, blood plum balsamic

O’connor black angus eye fillet, beetroot, garlic, spinach, karkalla, jus

Free range chicken breast, herbs mushrooms, parsnip, jus

Roasted tomato & goats cheese risotto, rocket
